Board of Education

The Board of Education, acting on behalf of the entire school district, formulates policies and approves an educational program that provide for high quality and efficient teaching and learning.

Our Board of Education meets twice monthly to discuss issues pertaining to the district. Agendas, minutes, and streaming video of meetings are available on this web page.

All regular meetings are broadcasted live and replayed regularly on MPS-TV Channel 98.

Recent meetings

Agendas are posted the Friday before a scheduled meeting. Minutes are posted after they have been approved by the entire Board of Education, usually at their next scheduled meeting. Board members also participate in monthly study committee meetings. Minutes from these meetings are shared at Board meetings and posted on this web page.
